Maggie Anderson - Customer Services Coordinator

Maggie has recently taken on the role of Customer Services Coordinator with 1Call. She will be your primary point of contact for all service related matters including job requests and management, returns, warranty issues, and queries. She also manages 1Call's service delivery resources to ensure that you receive the fast, effective service that 1Call is famous for. In her spare time Maggie like to hit the gym and spend time with her family.

Balazs Engedi - IT Systems Engineer - MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS.

Balazs is our most recent recruit, and brings a wealth of Microsoft platform experience with him from previous roles in his native Hungary. Balazs also has extensive experience in video surveillance & security systems, and medical software.

Jeffery Ho Khin Yin - IT Support Engineer - Intl. Dip. Comp. Studies, AMNZCS, HP Certified Professional APS, MCP

Jeffery comes to 1Call with an extensive background in help desk support in his home country of Malaysia. Jeffery provides desktop and workgroup support for 1Call's business customers. In his spare time Jeffery practises Shorinji Kempo and competes at an international level.

Peter Johnstone - CEO - BSc, MBA, CQA, MNZIM

Peter has worked in a variety of roles in the computer industry over the last twenty five years - system support, data communications, network planning, quality assurance, training and management.

Peter formed 1Call in 2000 to provide high-quality IT support to small and medium sized businesses. As CEO and senior consultant for 1Call Peter provides customers with consulting services and technical sales support. When he's not working, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, skiing and mountain biking.

Tina Johnstone - Marketing Manager - NZIM Dip. Training & Development

Tina has an extensive background in small business ownership and management which, and is an acknowledged technophobe. In 2003 she co-authored "Smarter Home Business - a New Zealand handbook" published by Random House and which is undoubtedly the best guides to operating a home-based business in New Zealand. Tina likes to spend time with her family and friends, and taking on challenging outdoor pursuits.

Peter Wells - IT Systems Engineer

Peter's extensive experience in the computer industry, spanning twenty-one years, makes him a valuable resource for 1Call's customers. Prior to joining 1Call Peter worked in a well known computer support business in Wellington providing business support for Microsoft & Linux environments across a broad range of hardware platforms. Peter predominantly provides support for 1Call's SBS2003 customers.
