Microsoft Systems Engineer

We are looking for a systems engineer who wants the opportunity for a secure long-term role in a growing IT services company. The person we are after will have all or some of the following attributes:

• Current MCSE/MCSA/MCP qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Diligent record keeping habits
• Proven diagnostic & problem solving skills
• Familiarity with HP server, SAN and NAS technologies
• Several years supporting Microsoft server technologies including HyperV
• Experience and quals in other vendor technologies including HP, Fortinet, ShadowProtect, VMWare, Citrix, Cisco
• Customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.

1Call provides IT support services to a broad range of business customers across the Marlborough region. This role is varied and interesting, and involves on- and off-site support, remote monitoring and management, fault resolution, problem solving, systems development and upgrade, customer liaison, and project management.
