Current as of 01/09/2003 Call us when you need assistance, and one of our professional support staff will provide prompt onsite or offsite fault support, helpdesk or consulting services – you only pay for what you use. No prior arrangement or service agreement is required for Casual Support. Casual Support rates are as follows: | Type | Rate | 1Call Support Engineer | $42.50 per 1/2 hour | 1Call Systems Engineer | $47.50 per 1/2 hour | Travel | $1.50 per Km | GST: All rates are GST exclusive | Onsite Jobs: Minimum half hour service charge, then in quarter hour increments | Helpdesk Calls: Brief calls are free of charge, otherwise minimum quarter hour service charge. | *Travel: Travel Km calculated as the lesser of the return journey to site from 1Call's offices in Blenheim, or the return journey from the Post Office in Nelson, Picton, Havelock & Kaikoura to site.
